Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Stardust Supply Co., we take pride in the quality of every item we create.

Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to incorrect sizing, buyer's remorse, or changes of mind.

We will only offer a replacement or refund if an item arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error.

To request assistance, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged through normal wear are not eligible for replacement or refund.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement item or issue a refund at our discretion.
